3. It was further reported that notification for exposed employees is only in English and not communicated to employees in their primary language.
Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act, 29 CFR 1910.132, and 29 CFR 1910.134.

I gave my dogs some of the Dreambone mini made with real chicken and both dogs got sick. Both dogs have thrown up multiple times since the treats. Both dogs are lethargic following being sick. The Dreambones pieces were found in the vomit each time.
