Employer not enforcing social distancing|Employer not disinfecting/deep cleaning work place Employees are testing positive for COVID-19. Employees who had worked around the employee were not informed. Other employees who worked around this employee have also tested positive for COVID-19. Not all employees are being tested who have
worked around an employee who tested positive. Some of the employees that work around the employees have not been tested and are still working. They are not sanitizing the workplace. They are not cleaning the areas where employees who tested positive have worked. They have not shut down to do a deep cleaning. They just walk around with a spray bottle and a rag. The lines are moving lines, there is no way to keep social distancing. They put two employees in the areas that are shielded off for one employee. They are not following the posted IOSHA guidelines.

Carrier has over 300 production associates in the building daily. Carrier has 4 covid19 positive associates. Employees all share restrooms which are filthy with plumbing problems and no hot water in some. Employees share lockers, ppe vending machines and lunch tables. Employees work in very close quarters,
most jobs are 3ft away from the next.

It was just announced that a person in the building has covid on day shift and also night shift. The employer is not letting people go home so that they can properly clean the building. Instead there just wiping down the line, also all of the restrooms
are closed except for two mens and two womens so employees are all using the same ones.

There are employees with confirmed cases of coronavirus. They are not keeping distancing. They have several employees and several assembly lines and are operating within 1 to 2 feet of each other. They have not instituted policies for workers' safety. When employees ask for PPE they tell
them they don't have any that there is a shortage.

No hand soap in the restrooms - no hand sanitizer. No gloves provided. Employees working in close proximity to each other. Areas that don't have good ventilation (run test). Strong fumes in the building (adhesives).
