I ordered several tops online from Kohol last summer. Received a tracking number that 4 weeks later said items were delivered. Contacted their customer service and they Saud they would resend. 3 weeks later same thing happened.

I also ordered a bunch of what I thought wew beautiful tops. 6 weeks later it said it was delivered but guess what no it was not. I have been messaging with this company ever since. Offered refund but wanted my banking info. Told them no thanks I want my product or going to police. Got message back saying they will reship and a copy of my original order that they suddenly found the paperwork for. We shall see what happens.
