I bought 3 portable ceramic heaters. They were advertised as efficient plug in any room for quick heat. The heaters draw 220 volts and my home is wired for 110 volts like most other north American homes with outlets that receive the type of plug the heaters have.

I bought 3 heaters supposed to be remarkable to heat home quickly. The advertisement said they can be plugged in any room, they failed to mention the heaters draw 220 volts. The outlets in my North American home are 2 to 3 prong type for 110 volt. Now contacting the company is utterly impossible.
