I think this is what is called a brushing scam. A company sends out unordered items or even empty envelopes then reviews their own product in your name. The more 5 star reviews they get the higher up they are placed in searches but also more people buy because they believe the reviews are real. I think if the return address is an Amazon fulfillment center Amazon wants consumers to contact them so they can stop those companies from selling on their site?
