I ordered 6 items of clothing and 1 pair of shoes, received a ring? emailed them they assured me package was on the way, 2 months and numerous emails later still waiting?

I also did not get my package, despite being sent a tracking code from the company and waiting almost 3 mths, emails to them stated various reasons for delay, finally tracking states delivered, queried with courier company cited on tracking and they state tracking code does not exist in there records, have reported to bank to follow up
