I am concerned that I received an order out of nowhere, concerned it also might be some "substitution" for something I DID order, or that someone is sending random things out to people that could be unsafe.

I am not sure what I ordered, but I got earmuffs. Do you recall where you originally ordered from? Or the scamming entity? I might be able to adjust my expectations about not receiving something I may have ordered :(
