I ordered Vacuum cleaner from supposedly HSN but turned out to be fraud. I’ve sent numerous emails and all I ever get is that it is being shipped. Today I receive this piece of cloth that resembles a flower from the above address in Tukwila WA. What can be done about this?

I got the same flower after ordering the vacuum from HSN. In have contacted the supposed supplier and they assured me package was being sent. It’s a scam .
