My overnight mail started on Staten Island, Went to Teterboro and sat for two days, now it went to Van Nuys California. It was destined for Kentucky. What a bunch of either spite work or just plain stupidity.

I live on Staten Island and we had a central processing mail center. Mail was fine. Then the bean counters looked to cut costs.The mail processing center was shutdown, our mail goes to Brooklyn for processing, and back to us, Duh.

I am having the same problem with the Teterboro mailing facility.I sent an overnight package and it is just sitting at that facility. I am applying for a refund. That place must be some mess.
