The same thing happened to me six months ago and I have tried to get a refund. No luck! Mr. Chinn (serviceekjgq3@outlook.com is the person answering my emails, always telling me the package has been delivered OR he would reorder my items and to be patient. I would think that it wouldn't take six months to get this problem settled. I sure wish I had looked up the company before I bought from them. Definitely a SCAM.
