Received a woman's ring in the mail. I did not order this ring. It came from JANE, 14915 177th St, Suite 202, Jamaca NY 1434. Moissanite Ring came with a brochure and black plastic card (appears to be a warranty ID card) issued by GRA ("Global GemologicalI received the ring via USPS delivery in the mail. In mid-February I ordered clothes from a site called "California Warehouse" but I haven't received that order so maybe these are somehow connected.
I'm in Pennsylvania, USA.

I got the same ring and never received my purchases from January. To be exact January 28th. Somehow we have to stop this fraudulent company. Please be careful when shopping on line. I sure was a fool for doing this.
Same thing happened to me and I keep getting a run-around from all the emails they send me to.
Has anybody contacted your bank to get reimbursed and file a claim?
I didn't even get the ring! Have any of you been able to get reimbursement?

i can't even get logged into the store to request a refund. Going to approach it through payment method. I don't usually screw these up so badly but fell for this one!
The same, I ordered and according to their website my order was delivered, absolutely NOT! I have contacted the company which appears to be in China and they keep telling me it's delivered, it is not, I live on a cul-de-sac street with 3 houses, it was not delivered to any of my neighbors or me. I have asked for a refund and they keep saying "it's been delivered, looking to hear good news" for what! This company or whoever they are is a scam, PLEASE PLEASE do not order from them.
