This is the OP with updates. I send email to the original shipper that was listed on the confirmation email I received. There has been a back and forth exchange over the past week. After asking where my original order was, I was sent a reply asking for all information on the packaging, clear photos they wanted, and that they would look into the matter. Following that I received a reply starting out with them thanking me for my honesty, more than I can say about them. They then offered me the choice of keeping sunglasses, giving them to someone or selling them since the "import and export duties" would be too costly for them and they would "lose money" if they were returned. No mention of refund. I rejected that email and stated that they offered free return and free shipping return on the original posting, now removed from F.B.. They responded again why they couldn't issue a return authorization and label but offered a 10% refund of the original price I paid, $59.99 usd, which would come out to a bit less than $6.00 usd. That would make the price of the cheap sunglasses around $53.00 usd. Yeah...like I was going to go for that. Email exchanges followed with my advising them I was filing claims with facebook and credit card company regarding fraudulent transaction. Also advised them regarding informing Consumer Affairs dept and A.G of Colorado about their deceptive and fraudulent business practices of switch and bait, along with The FTC. reply email received, with now an offer of 20% refund of the money. Rejected that and now waiting their next email and offer. I am like a dog with a bone on this matter.
