Since I am always hunting for a bargain, I fell for this fake deal, too. I did receive a scarf- Sadly, it wasn't even in my favorite color! My CC company reimbursed me for the money. However I kept emailing the people at the "Factory Outlet Store" calling them thieves and scammers- they told me if I sent back the wrongly shipped item , I would get a full credit- I also know it would have cost me a lot to sent a stupid scarf back to China or wherever. I told them I would not, they said I could get a 40% refund, then upped to 60%. I kept pestering them, knowing full well I would not receive any refund. Of course they told me it would take 7- 10 days for the bank to approve my refund---the emails went on for a month or two. Each time I reinforced that they were thieves and scammers- I doubt it had any effect on them
but made it me feel better. LOL
