I bought a special glue from them . That costed for me 18.48 euros for 12 piece and they send me one piece!. They don't pay my money back completely. They just give me only 4 € back. This is really unacceptable

Unfortunately I had the same experience, I ordered 12 pieces of adhesive screws for €18.42, and after one and a half months I received a piece sent!
After 2 months of email games, they refunded me 4€ and ended the process in PayPal!
Crass!! I'm still shocked
