I didn’t order a ring and keep seeing people with the same complaint. Why can’t we get this fixed so we can return the ring?

I received a package with a ring enclosed which I didn't order. This is from Returnep. 19301 Pacific Gateway Drive, Torrance, CS 90502 and looks like a SCAM so we need to return this item.
