Safety Report: I received a 3 in 1 charging cable that I didn't order, Springfield, MO, USA

I got one from 21460 yellow brick rd, Walnut California 91789 (just the cord inside a small bag)

Has anyone tried using it? Or is it simply not worth the risk? Because it's actually a cool charging cord that I could use at my cottage. Lol I suppose I could just buy one I mean they can't be that much.

Regardless I'm curious if anyone knows if it's a brushing type scam (something I just learned of) or something more malicious.
