I recently ordered shoe racks I got a confirmation but was unable to track my order with the tracking number they gave me. The total was over $60. Looks like it was a scam. Then I recieved a scarf that I did not order from Matthew Whitson located at 4811 Eastern Ave. Los Angeles

I ordered shoe racks from loloutmui.com and got this same scarf instead. Now tgey offered me 40% refund or I can mail it to China to get a full refund. It was mailed to me from Los Angeles. I am sure that the request for me to mail it back is the 2nd part of a scam
