Received a package from Carson @ 180 Exchange Blvd. Glendale Heights IL 60139. Order placed on fake qvc website that came up on bank statement as patwlta GB. Once I discovered it was a fake website I contacted my bank. Today I received this package with a rubber smiley face in it!!
