exactly the same as me. I thought I was ordering from JCP. I'm still emailing their customer service emails that were given to me but nothing is happening. I wasnt even told there was a mix up at the warehouse. I was told that someone in my house must have singed for the package even though I live alone. I have reached out to my bank to see if anything can be done. I just feel foolish right now. I will go to the company to order in the future instead of right from a page on social media.
