I placed an order for a 👜 & I got exactly what I ordered from this address. It looks just like the picture. The zipper is a little tough, but will surely loosen up when I decide to use it. I've been so busy I forgot to ask how much it cost for an extra strap to math the bottom part of the purse. IDK what's going on with others, but so far so good I have no complaints.
