I got the same package but the ring box was empty with the same paper work and I did not order anything from this company...

a package was delivered in my son's name (no last name) containing a hoodie my son identified on his Amazon list but did not order...it came from this same address (Jane 371 cedar falls) ...I don't see a charge on any credit cards. at least yet..anyone know what to do

I received an empty packing the tracking first said coming from Ireland then it came from this address ~ such a SCAM!

did any of you who got a package from "Jane" at the Little Falls Rd address that you did not order ever see a charge on any credit card? I can't even trace this to anything...yet

I got this ring also a couple of days ago but don't think I got charge for it. Has anyone else been charged and how are they reporting it and to whom? There are lots of scammers out there.

I received an adjustable diamnod ring with official looking paper work. No receipt. I'm keeping a close eye on all my accounts. Nothing has came through yet.

I placed an order for a 👜 & I got exactly what I ordered from this address. It looks just like the picture. The zipper is a little tough, but will surely loosen up when I decide to use it. I've been so busy I forgot to ask how much it cost for an extra strap to math the bottom part of the purse. IDK what's going on with others, but so far so good I have no complaints. I received a dress that I did order from this address but must return it. How do I get a different size or a rebate?

I ordered an item from a place in Italy in Nov of 2022. The tracking went thru customs and ended up in Alaska (I am in California). For 2 months I emailed back an forth to the company which said they would check into it to find why I did not receive it. I finally gave up and it was too late to get a refund from my credit card company. Middle of April a black plastic wrapped package was delivered to my door with only a USPS label stating it was from 'Jane'. It was my missing items. No explanation. 5 months! So I am happy.

This is definitely scam. And anyone who received seemingly the right item, has most probably received a counterfeit. I ordered a Tory Burch purse, the one I received is the wrong item, smells HORRIBLE and looks so cheaply made (torn in three places).

I thought this was a scam! I ordered some short sets and it says they were delivered; only to receive a satin scarf. I am FURIOUS! I emailed the support service that was listed on my order receipt and they responded that it was delivered and I should check with post office. I informed them that what I ordered could not have fit in my mailbox. I'm still waiting on another response.

3 people in my immediate family received from Jane at this address. A pair of gloves, a vege peeler and something else we have no idea what it is. The scary part is that I order from Jcp a lot!! Which seems to be a common denominator with many of the above complaints. Anyone know what we should do?
