JCPENNEY web site for scamming me $43.18 on stuff I ordered but they sent me a ring instead of my original order. Looks like they changed to Dillards instead of JCPenney now.

I also received that same ring from Tevin James. I ordered stuff from JCPENNEY website too. My order was a total $43.18. What a ripoff! Something needs to be done about that. I know it’s from them by the same tracking #.
