Ordered $43 in shorts and they sent me a 1.99 plastic bag and said if I want a 40% refund I would have to mail back at my cost to China the 1.99 bag and then they would give me the 40% refund. One of the pages is called NOONQUEST. Package from Angela Sharp 2121 leo avenue commerce CA
