Very legit business. Order all the time from them, as do others I know.Never had a problem with them or their products. Also never had to return anything, so I guess we will see how that works when I try returning a couple pair of pants that don't fit. Aside from those two items, everything else has been fine. As I understand it, to make a return, you should contact customer service and they will direct you as to how to do it. I highly doubt that it's going to be some point of entry warehouse in the US..
I order from TEMU all the time and have never had a problem. One of my return addresses is in Flanders New Jersey. Another is in California and another one in Miami. Guessing these are all ports of entry/customs. I know several other people who order from them, and many of the products that you buy on Amazon and other sites come from vendors who get them from TEMU. I was going to order my brother some things from their site, and he would get it with no invoice, and probably wonder where it came from. I have to also wonder if someone didn't order some of the things that people are complaining about here, and sent them to another person without notifying them and possibly forgetting about it. I have not returned anything, but do have some pants that are about to go back. I will see what happens. I will not send them to the return address on the envelope they came in, as that is not where they came from. People might try calling/Emailing customer service at TEMU. I have read several things online about them being very helpful with returns. I guess I'm going to see how that goes. I would have all the numbers and letters off the label of the package when contacting them. I just received a text today from them, with the phone number 1-855-634-0771
