I'm being charged 34.53 on my prime card for this that I did not order. I've tried to get this to stop and I'm not having any luck. Can you help me?

RH*finddoany.com billing me every month for things I haven't received. I have canceled this twice . Could you help me out? I've gone through my prime acct and now again I'm being charged 33.63. Please help They keep charging my Prime card this for stuff I either haven't ordered or never recieved.
