I got a package that I didn't want or order..we I contacted the customer service department they said that they couldn't do anything for me. Then the company went back into my account and changed the order and said it was a cell phone payment even though they had 2 different contact numbers they both went to the same call center. Lucky enough my bank reimbursed my money.
