Hello. I think that if it has been this long then just have bank issue refund for a purchase that was authorized but not received. Me and my roommate are going through the same think right now. We didn't even know we were ordering from same business owners. I have been doing research on this issue since I was told from the company it was resent. I found that one of the businesses Fadel-Beatty Limited, has over 1900+ companies that they are doing this to. Another one has over 800+ cmpanies. I was checking the one that I found and a lot are not even on list yet.

check the tracking # on package. I have been doing research the last few days to find that people are ordering items like clothes and stuff, and getting other items instead like, rings, computer parts and things that they never requested. When they follow up on order they did place it will show delivered and 99.9 % of time the company is out of the country like China and sends to TX for a label.
My roommate going through it now.
