Saw an ad on FB, if I spent $60 I received free shipping. Paid for shipping insurance too. Never received my order from 2/16/23. Customer service only has an email and takes weeks to reply

I received the same exact ring today! I ordered from a site named MILLTH and never received my order… I guess they swapped the clothes order with a ring.
