I placed an order on Dec 26, 2023. Recieved confirmation email with tracking. Package has disappeared from tracking and no delivery.

They advertised two vacuum cleaners for the price of one and I paid with my credit card and I haven't got the product.. It's been 3 months and I tried to reach them and they don't have valid website or email address.
