Optiwize Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its OptiWize Collagen Plus due to discrepancies in labeled ingredient quantities. The labeled ingredient quantities did not align with analytical test results. The product was distributed nationwide in the United States via the Amazon website. Testing revealed that the manganese level was below the labeled quantity.The recalled product is:

- The recall affects lot number OHB25230
- With a total of 78 units involved.
- The recall is under recall number H-0442-2026.
The issue was discovered through NSF testing, prompting the recall on September 23, 2025. The recall was classified as Class III on February 2, 2026, and remains ongoing.
