Today is the second time that I have received the same order with the same phone number. This is what the scammer does:
They place the order under someone else's name.
The person receives the product.
The scammer contacts the person and asks them to return it to a fake address.
The victim sends the product to the scammer.
The scammer makes a claim to Amazon.
The scammer receives a refund and keeps the product.
