I received a shirt I didn't order as have others according to this website. Does anyone know what the scam is?

I received something I didn't order instead of what I did order. The tracking info for the unordered item shows delivery. The date is the same as for the ordered item tracking.They might be charging for an item but delivering another to show proof of delivery. I message the company I ordered from with no response.
