Got this ring in the mail. I did not order this. The shipping address led me here. What do I do? I have seen reports that others have gotten the same ring in the mail. It’s very bizarre.

I just got the same thing in the mail today. I’m not sure what to do with it. I had ordered something online but realized it was a scam. Canceled the card and contacted my bank. I wonder if this is related? I don’t see any charges though.
