Hello there, Sorry to let you know "You are not the only one!!" I did order online via Facebook 2 different items and in one of "the supposed delivery" I did receive an scarf, when I did claim....they wanted me to return the item to China if I wanted my money back, between e-mails back and forth for 2 months, I didn't get anything, NOT EVEN the money, they stopped replying my emails and I did lose the money and get nothing.
Good luck to you, they RIPP-OFF, they are a big FRAUD to all the people buying an item online. I did learn the lesson!!!
