You probably ordered something unrelated like I did from what appeared to be a legit site, mine appeared to be Macy's. I ordered clothes. A lot of clothes. I got this same ring instead.
In my experience they used a fake Macy's advertisement. You may have ordered from what you thought was a reputable company but may have been a fake account
