This is so weird. I received a package from a "Grmando Oteroy," sent from 3646 S Walcott ave, Chicago IL 60609 with three mini bags with strange, unidentifiable plastic and rope parts that I never ordered. In the package was a "Thank You" note with an email address on there. My guess is that their angle is to send something strange to random people and use a confused "why did I get this" email to that email address to phish for information. I got curious about the scam, so I looked up the name, and it's insane how many other people have been in contact with this scammer. So crazy!
