Scam. I received a ring in the mail that I did not order from Global Gemological Research academy. There is no receipt with the ring and the return address is just Jane. How do I handle this?

Same ring ordered clothing from Nordstrom & got ring from GRA. My return address is just "Jane". Things like this scare me to death. I live on a very low income.
