I just went through the exact same thing (same address as well)
with a website called claimcy.com. I disputed my charges on my credit card and they are supposed to issue me a credit to my account... It was approved right away so makes me think they are completely aware of this scam.. I also googled the company name and they defiintely come up as a scam. I reported them to the FTC and put a temporary freeze on my credit reports for safety... Up to a year. I recommend you do the same!
