Report this business to the Better Business Bureau - go on their website, and scroll down to where it says "Report a Scam". Also, contact your credit card company and start a case by Disputing the Charges - find the transaction on your credit card transactions page, and click on it - you should be able to find a link that will allow you to dispute the charge. The way to stop these companies is to report them.
