Hello... the same thing happened to me, the difference was that I placed an order for some shoes and I received some poor quality Gucci glasses, and they debited an amount of 421,792 Colombian pesos from my account, but on the shoes page they haven't given me an answer about this case yet, obviously the shoes haven't arrived either... and on the page of the shipping ticket for the glasses it doesn't say where they come from or anything... so I have nowhere to make the complaint
