Received what they called "subscription". Called the number on the packing slip and requested cancellation. They gave me a "confirmation" number. Waiting for a confirmation E-Mail also.

Call 855-430-6328. You will need the packing list that was in the package. They will ask for your Name, Address, E-Mail Address and the Order number on the packing list. They cancelled my "subscription" and gave me a confirmation number of cancellation. Now waiting for the email cancellation. Hope this works.
