I ordered something from Libiyi thru Outfany.com. It cost about $60.00. The package, of course, had no packing slip but there was nothing in English anywhere on the package or inside or on the bag the products came in. Not even the Company name. I couldn't remember where I ordered it from. I searched emails of which I get about 50 - 100/day and couldn't find my confirmation. Finally, I searched emails by the product name and it returned 350 emails. I finally found the confirmation. I asked about returning the package which came from this Meng Zhao in LA. I was told I had to return it to China. The lowest quote on a 3 lb package was a little over $150.00. What???? I was not allowed to return to to this LA address, which may be a distribution facility? They agreed to refund me less than $10.00 instead, so I'm out $50.00.
