I ordered 2 woks from Okura Cookware, paid both items, and was shipped from oversea, got one tracking number, after waiting for 3+ weeks, finally received one package 1 wok (pan), shipping label was showing from Abby Adkins. missing one item, per Okura company, they shipped 2 using one tracking. refuse to refund me on the 2nd one.
