Received a package today from Mark Cadicoma. The tracking number was from a order I thought I had placed from a qvc outlet. Emailed the company twice today and not heard back. How do I go about getting my money back on my credit card for the order I am not receiving?

Received a package similar to this. The tracking # belonged to an item I had ordered in the beginning of the month. This seems to be a scam and I don't know how to go about getting my money back for this item that I clearly am not gonna receive.
