I ordered from facebook ad. My order was for a heated/cooled weighted highland cow pillow. What I received was a slightly stuffed cow stuffed animal with no heat or cooling packet and no opening to even put one in. So basically I received a $30+ semi stuffed highland cow. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
