Same just happened to me. I ordered sun chairs from HSN. I couldn’t get in touch with them through 2 different email addresses so I immediately disputed the payment with my credit card. I finally found a working email and I heard back from them. They said it was taking a while to get through customs. I felt slightly bad that I stopped payment. If I got the products I would have had them recharge me for the products. I just got my money back and got a very cheap pair of sunglasses in the mail today from this Carrie chick. I’m glad I disputed the charge now!
