The exact same thing happened to me . I got tracking info same my order had been delivered the only thing I got was the exact same ring nothing that I ordered. I looked at the website the last 3 days to find out where my order was and it comes up that store is closed and try back later. I paid with PayPal and do a dispute I didn’t even know who sent the ring the return label was only “ online shopper” no return address at all
