I ordered a Cat Tree also in Feb. They took my credit card payment on the 19th. They emailed me saying it was delivered 3/9. It wasn't and I told them so. They said ck your mailbox. It's attached to my house, box would be too big and it's not on the steps. So sorry we'll send a new one. May 19th, so sorry, carrier says lost in transit. Then an email so would you accept $6.13? Then you go buy new one! NO, I said I want a refund of what I paid plus 20% for charges and time you had my money. Finally agreed to just get my money back. Should be deposited in 7 days. We'll see!!
