I have had something like this happen before and learned that China is sending random things to people, according to the source. I can't help but doubt this. There's no marketing advantage. And mine was delivered only to my first name! I wouldn't fret. You can dispute any charge that comes but I doubt anything will ever come. Just put it in your giveaway box!
