I need an Intake Filter installed in my Oxy Concentrator and CANNOT get in touch with the local office in Woodfin, NC for service. The filter is so filthy it doesn't allow the oxygen to come through the cannula so I have not been able to use my concentrator for 3 nights and am suffering because of this. I need someone to call me ASAP and come and install a new Intake Filter. I was told when I received the Oxy Concentrator in February 2022 that Lincare would service the unit. Now, I cannot get anyone to answer their phone even after holding on for 20 minutes. No one has serviced the unit since it was delivered to my home in February.
